Chinese Institute of Engineers (CIE/USA) National Council 2019 Spring Meeting with representatives from all 7 Chapters: CIE-San Francisco (hosting Chapter), OCEESA (co-hosting Chapter), CIE-Dallas/Fort Worth, CIE-Greater New York, CIE-New Mexico, CIE-Seattle, CIE-Southern California. Each Chapter and National Chapter presented their recent activities and report, with the updates of upcoming 2019 AAEOY. New NC officers were elected, and the committee members of the next SATEC and METS were finalized.
